Compliance Manager at a Multinational Clothing Company in Phnom Penh

  • Will be primarily related to the local implementation of Social Sustainability Strategy related with Worker Participation Priority Impact Area and related projects in Cambodia

  • Up to $2,500 + Attractive Bonus

The Role

Responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies

About the Company

  • Ensure internal compliance to regulations and procedures in the country of operations

  • Provides internal policies and regulations are well implemented and maintained

  • Collaborate with regional office and suppliers on sourcing, quality inspection rules and regulation and Audit programs

  • Review the work of third parties’ organizations when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training

  • Conduct environmental audits to ensure the company meets environmental requirements

To participate in different Multi Stakeholders Initiatives meetings to create strong joint initiatives, in line with the Social Sustainability strategy of organization


  • Proven experience as Compliance/Corporate Social Responsibility/Industrial Relations/Sustainability Manager

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

  • Native Khmer and Business English

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners)

  • Ability to solve problems when they arise
