The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a proven experience background as an executive management or country manager level in medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry

About the Company

Our client is a leading medical equipment distribution company which distributes variety of international medical and laboratory devices and providing both private and government hospitals

Description

• Manage day-to-day operations, plan and execute the new strategies for the business

• Lead the sales and operation team, identify new business opportunities

• Oversee budget planning, training, recruitment, logistics, P&L analysis and HR operations

• Maintain relationship with key healthcare professionals from both private and government hospitals

• Direct report to the Regional General Director

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Medical Equipment or Pharmaceutical industry

• Must have strong written and verbal communication in English

• Must have medical related education background

• Local Khmer applicants are preferable
