Our client is a start-up software solutions company that provides cloud-based HR solutions to streamline HR processes for its clients. Over 200 companies across Myanmar, Vietnam and Sri Lanka have adopted their solutions to manage 20,000 employees.

Description

  • Seek out potential business opportunities and develop the Cambodia market

  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify their needs and wants in HR operation field.

  • Oversee operation process, technical support, finance and internal HR operation

  • Directly reporting to the CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of commercial and operational experience software solutions industry

  • Business English is a must.

  • Strong closing skills, Attention to detail, and Proactiveness are key parts of the role.
