Description

• Managing overdue collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt

• Setting up and implementing the payment collection targets for the department

• Contacting customers to inform on delinquency, encourage on-time payments and set up payment plans

• Implementing the collection policies and procedures to avoid the excessive outstanding credit

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Collection or Recovery Manager in financial related industries

• A Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting, Finance, Banking, and Business or a related field

• Strong time management and people management skills

• Exceptional analytical skills and an eye for detail

• Good Command in both written and oral in Khmer and English languages
