Description

• Recruit, train, and mentor department employees to build a skilled and motivated team, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

• Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring financial targets are met

• Select and source products that meet customer needs and align with company goals

• Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Retail industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in sporting goods
