Job Description

​Deputy HRBP at a Successful Multinational Company in Vientiane, Laos.

  • To provide all spectrums of daily HR operation functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, HR regulatory and compliance matters, and employee relations, and need to manage all staff movements and HR transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all spectrums of daily HR operation functions and provide recruitment support across all recruitment processes from scratch.

  • Manage the internal staff movements and all HR transactions as necessary.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Nurture a positive working environment.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in HR field.

  • Must have 5 years or above experience.

  • People oriented and results driven.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
