About the Company

Our client is a well-known international food & beverage company and growing in Cambodia

Description

• Drive continuous improvement operation in support quality management system, manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma business systems for packaging department

• Provide continuous improvement of products, process and procedures improving product quality and driving the factory to achieve objectives in collaboration with the plant leadership

• Responsible for working with plant and regional leadership areas for improvement

• Alignment and support the EHS related activities and ISO related

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience in Packaging Department (FMCG experience Preferred)

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be advantageous

• Must be proactive and able to lead the team with strong leadership skills

• Must have a deep understanding of production management

• Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least Business English
