• Oversee the development and implementation of the Odoo ERP system across a multi-operational unit company in Canada

• Salary up to $ 2,500 plus immigration sponsorship to Canada

Our client is developing business consulting and services company for education base solutions from professional development to international partnerships, specialize in meeting unique needs for sustainable growth

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the Odoo ERP system, including configuring and customizing modules to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables

• Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and human resources, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage external vendors and outsourced development teams, including defining project tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards

• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Develop and deliver training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support end-user training and adoption of the Odoo ERP system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field

• Proven experience 5 years managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with Odoo ERP systems

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and modules, with hands-on experience configuring and customizing Odoo applications

• Experience coordinating between cross-functional teams and managing outsourced development teams

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to define project scope, create project plans, and manage project budgets and timelines

• Experience providing training and guidance to team members on ERP concepts and systems

• Odoo 16 development certification is preferred
