The Role

This position plays a key part in supporting engineering-driven sales through technical expertise, product education, and field engagement. You will work closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal sales teams to promote construction solutions, secure specifications, and support project execution

Description

  • Promote engineering solutions and specified products to design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

  • Build long-term relationships with specifiers to gain visibility on upcoming projects and influence design decisions

  • Provide technical guidance, presentations, and seminars to educate the market on product applications and benefits

  • Visit job sites to assess design challenges, provide solutions, and ensure correct product usage

  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure specified products are successfully converted into orders

  • Deliver technical reports, recommendations, and application guidance in line with engineering best practices

  • Maintain accurate project and client information using CRM systems and contribute to market intelligence

  • Support approval processes with regulatory bodies and industry code officials as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Architectural Engineering

  • 1–2 years of relevant technical or field engineering experience

  • Experience working with architects, designers, or construction specifiers is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships within the construction ecosystem

  • Valid driving license (car or motorbike) and willingness to visit job sites
