Field Sales Executive at a Leading Global Logistic Service Provider Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible to develop and maintain the customers accounts for Cambodia Market
Up to $900 plus Other Allowances
The Role
The is an ideal role for individual who has minimum 2 or 3 years of sales or business development experience from forwarding background. Sales-driven, self-driven, mature, can work with a highly productive compact team structure and committed to grow together with the team

Description
Responsible to develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts
Represent the service offering and solution to the potential customers and seek an opportunity to grow the sales matric from the existing accounts
Execute sales plan consistently with a view to achieve sales target
Provide management market data such as potential customer, its traffic matrix, sector and competition to enable management to formulate effective sales strategy
Provide all relevant information of customer such as customer details, shipping instructions, pick up/delivery, contact person and billing instruction to Account Coordinator team by passing customer profile form
Ensure accurate maintain of records on sales activities by preparing regularly report and analysis of sales activities
Promote growth of the business by follow up on sales lead and sales visit and retain the existing business
Arrange sales visit to the customer as per management assignment and response to enquiry timely including others special assignments such as vertical, product, trade lane, industrial estate focus etc.
Any others job assigned by superior
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, logistics or any related fields
At least 2 – 4 years of working experience in sales, business development from freight forwarding or logistic sector
Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistic service
Be able to communicate effectively with good command of Khmer and English
Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
Computer Literate, Mature
