The Role

Oversee the functions of Accounting, Finance and HR responsibilities of the company

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading cosmetic brands that is providing many employments in Asia Regions and present in over 100 countries

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human resources

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Responsible for financial analysis, planning, and taxation process

• Preparation for monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports

• Review Tax returns and ensure compliance on all tax-related matters including Corporate Tax and withholding taxes

• Report to Head Office and Country Representative of the company

Requirements

• At least five years of proven experience in Finance and HR Fields

• Must have a strong knowledge in Cambodian laws and regulations regarding with taxation, accounting, and labour law

• A Master’s in finance or ACCA is preferable

• Must be able to communicate in Business English and Native Khmer

• Great knowledge of Microsoft application and other accounting software is a plus
