The Role

The Finance and HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations and human resources functions of the organization. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, payroll administration, employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate financial information and support decision-making.

  • Manage payroll administration, including processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

  • Develop and implement employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to human resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in financial management and human resources, preferably in a managerial role.

  • Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Proficiency in financial software and HRIS systems.

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required.
