You will work closely with the business and contribute to the company's management by providing decision-making information, analysing outcomes, and improving processes.

Description

  • Undertaking various responsibilities within factory controlling to ensure effective financial management across functions.

  • Gathering, analysing, and reporting financial information to provide decision-making support to managers within the organization.

  • Assisting in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with the business to drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Developing and implementing financial controls and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

  • Providing comprehensive financial updates to senior managers, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

  • Monitoring and controlling costs within the factory, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Requirements

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in financial analysis, business operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of financial controls and guidelines.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools especially ERP/SAP.

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required.
