Play a crucial role in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.

Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, and present them to the senior management team.

  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.

  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and provide recommendations for business growth and expansion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, cost optimization, and risk management.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Native Khmer and Business English is required.
