• Responsible for the budget planning and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company

The Role

Responsible to oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met

Description

• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans

• Deal with external auditors in ensuring completion of statutory audits and filing of statutory accounts within the deadline

• Ensure reconciliation of financial statements of statutory audited accounts, company ledgers and financial reports to the Regional Office

Requirements

• Degree on financial/business management or related disciplines; or University graduate with a CPA or ACCA Qualification

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and reporting and financial management

• Native Khmer and Business English are required

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
