Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, such as financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, cash control, etc.

About the Company
Our client is a 5-star upscale hotel which provides a range of services and amenities ensuring the excellence and comfort of the guests’ stay
Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department
Prepare and manage the financial budget of the hotel
Implement and oversee all activities relating to the financial aspects of the hotel and hotel’s shops in compliance with the local tax laws
Responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital, and cash control, etc.
Update all legal documentations relating to the financial status of the hotel and ensure the confidentiality
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance and Management with experience in managing the day-to-day financial operations in an up-scale (4/5 Star) hotel or hospitality industry
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
Qualified Charted Accountant (CA) is preferred
Proficiency in MS Applications
Knowledge in Hotel Management Software or Property Management Systems like FIDELIO, OPERA, Protel, etc.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Strong Financial knowledge, analytical and organizational skills
Excellent financial/ business decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
