Job Description

​Financial Controller at a Successful Financial Institutions in Vientiane, Laos.

  • To manage all the budget analysis, financial reporting process, accounting management, and audit related matters aligning with the group guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Review and Investigate for all payments and advance request

  • Monthly monitor investment portfolio with accuracy in timeline

  • Estimate future financial needs

  • Inform line manager of the status and availability of funds

  • Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending

  • Prepare investment proposals and perform feasibility study for various investment opportunities i.e. new projects, new businesses

  • Support other departments and business units in performing feasibility analysis or other company projects

  • Handle investment deals and collaborate with other business units

  • Prepare the accounting portfolio and investment portfolio and investment analysis for all projects

  • Review and monitor for Investment portfolio from PMS system

  • Collaborate with line manager to perform financial reports analysist for all projects

  • Perform other duties assigned by line manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field as a senior role.

  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written

  • Any Finance, Accounting, Business Administration graduate or MBA holder is preferable.

  • Proficient skill in MS Office, excel and developing financial mode.

  • Pleasant, friendly personality, self-motivator and result oriented.

  • Working experience in Budget analysis, Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Audit, or relevant field
