Description

  • The General Manager Cambodia will provide strategic and operational leadership to the business, in accordance with the goals and objective of the group

  • Protect and grow the assets of the group for future generation providing agreed returns for the business stakeholders

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction of Cambodia business

  • Grow and lead a profitable business that promotes greater value, efficiencies and returns whilst maintaining excellent service delivery to customers

  • Develop and lead an innovative team that embeds this within their team culture and focuses on the activities and services of Cambodia operations

  • Effectively manage the operations of Cambodia business

  • Business, commercial and people KPIs are to a high standard

  • Meet customer needs with a high degree of customer satisfaction achieved

  • Appropriate strategic partnerships are developed and maintained

  • Provide visionary and effective leadership and direction to the Cambodia team that motivates and enables the delivery of customer focused services, effective value for money and contributes for the wider leadership of Cambodia

  • Set the strategic direction, achieve buy in from peers, managers, and employees

  • Lead the development of Cambodia business portfolios plan to include a 3 plus 2-year strategy for the business

  • Lead a profitable and growing business that delivers agreed short-and long-term financial performance in accordance with the business budget and strategy

  • Ensure risk management and business continuity protocols are adhered to and maintained

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

  • Protect and grow existing client relationships with the delivery of additional services (upsell and cross sell)

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvement. Work with the team to develop and execute improvements

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations for the organization are effectively and efficiently executed and administered

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 10 years senior business experience leading and managing a large and complex commercial operation, preferably within the facilities management sector

  • Strong leadership experience and proven performance achievement

  • Experience creating a culture that has a customer centric approach, can drive continuous improvement, and lead effective change management

  • Excellence English Communication is mandatory requirement
