Description

• Implement effective sales and revenue management strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities to maximize profitability.

• Exhibit strong leadership in overseeing various departments, fostering a positive work environment, and motivating teams for success.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand image, and engage in both online and offline campaigns to attract and retain customers.

• Demonstrate financial acumen through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, optimizing resources to achieve profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with proven record of sales revenue.

• Master’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

• Has good experience in sales and marketing, team management and is strong in customer service.
