Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hospital and lead the different departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, Medical)

• Develop the effective strategies to ensure the smooth operation, financial stability, and compliance

• Conduct weekly top management meetings, set new policies and methods to improve customer satisfactions

• Report directly to the CEO

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospital management experience

• Must have healthcare or medical science degree

• Fluent in English

• Business acumen, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills are highly requried

• Prefer local Khmer applicants
