Description

  • Manage and lead partnership strategic planning team and implement the partnership channel guideline to ensure the quality of business performance

  • Research and building cooperation with various institutions and maintaining good relations with partners

  • Work closely with the management team, internal/external stakeholders on projects

  • Contribute to the organization's strategic plan and assisting with dynamic projects to enhance growth in a changing environment

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in Business Development and Partnership with 5 Managerial experiences would be a value in both General or Life Insurance sectors or Banking sectors

  • A bachelor’s degree qualification in Business Administration/Marketing/Communication or related fields

  • Have an understanding of the external issues relevant to the role/organization

  • Highly developed conceptual, strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with Native Khmer
