Group HR Manager at the Largest International Conglomerate in Phnom Penh

We are looking for a Group HR manager to lead our client’s company HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Our client has been the authorized distributor of world-renowned brands' equipment for over 10 years in the country.
Conduct competitive market research and prepare pay studies to establish effective pay practices and pay bands that aid in the recruitment and retention of top-tier staff.
Coordinate the development of Human Resources policies for the organization, specifically focusing on employee relations.
Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office and provide assistance to all units in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant business requirements, such as work permits, employment books, NSSF (National Social Security Fund), visas, and health checks.
Serve as a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other related issues.
Support the current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
Proven track record of working experience as a Group HR Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the FMCG/F&B/Retail/Automotive industries.
Proficiency in both native Khmer and Business English is required.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
