​Group Project Manager and System Integration at an International Food and Beverage Company in Phnom Penh

  • Leads the Integration and Business Process Projects to ensure projects are completed on time and budget

Description

  • Liaises with Group IT, vendors and third-party consultants, internal customers and end users

  • Maximizes projects benefits from the Apsara Project

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

  • Plan and schedule project timelines, success criteria and milestones using appropriate tools.

  • Develop and manage status reports, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas

  • Manage budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

  • Work with application suppliers/implementers/champions/IT to track and solve project issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management experience (preferably from F&B industry as they know the workflow)

  • A degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification

  • Strong in project management using Microsoft Dynamic Navision

  • Good experience in Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

  • Fluent English is a must
