Description

• Manage and implement the financial management system and internal financial control

• Prepare the financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability

• Accurate the recording of the financial operations for the entire organizations

• Provide the financial support and insights to make critical business decisions

• Manage the taxation affairs of the organization and liaise with the external tax firm

• Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in a Finance Managerial position with a proven record of success

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics is preferred major fields

• Results-oriented and metrics-driven

• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels

• Proficiency in both written and oral English with Khmer Nationality
