Description

• Manage the financial management system and internal financial control

• Prepare the financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability

• Accurate the recording of the financial operations for the entire organizations

• Manage the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm

• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in Finance Managerial position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics are preferred major fields

• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

• Proficiency in both written and oral in English with Khmer Nationality
