Description

  • Developing and implementing the operational policies and procedures of the entire organization

  • Creating the operational strategies together with senior management team

  • Ensuring the customer services, new & existing products operations, and solutions

  • Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations

  • Coordinating daily tasks to ensure operating efficiencies are achieved, including call and E-mail queue monitoring

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experienced in Banking Operation Management or similar related role from Banking and Microfinance industries

  • Bachelor of Business, Computer Science, or a related education background preferable

  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management would be a plus

  • Ability to build consensus and relationship among managers, partners, and employees

  • Familiar with business and financial principles

  • Good organizational and leadership qualities with a strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English languages
