Compensation & Benefit Manager at a leading F&B company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This role will oversee salary structures, employee benefits, HR processes, compliance, and cultural development.

Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of compensation & benefits, including payroll oversight, salary benchmarking, incentives, allowances, and benefit administration

  • Lead People & Culture operations, including engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, internal communication, and HR operational excellence

  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements, keeping accurate employee data and documentation

  • Support performance management cycles, including KPI framework coordination, promotion review processes, and reward mechanisms

  • Act as a key partner to management in building a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in C&B management and HR operations

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, payroll systems, benefits administration, and Cambodian labor law

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop structured HR processes

  • Native Khmer speaker with excellent communication skills in Business English
