This role will oversee salary structures, employee benefits, HR processes, compliance, and cultural development.

Description
Manage the full spectrum of compensation & benefits, including payroll oversight, salary benchmarking, incentives, allowances, and benefit administration
Lead People & Culture operations, including engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, internal communication, and HR operational excellence
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements, keeping accurate employee data and documentation
Support performance management cycles, including KPI framework coordination, promotion review processes, and reward mechanisms
Act as a key partner to management in building a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in C&B management and HR operations
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, payroll systems, benefits administration, and Cambodian labor law
Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop structured HR processes
Native Khmer speaker with excellent communication skills in Business English
