Description

• Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales marketing strategy to meet the company goal and objective.

• Attend meeting to discuss sales plans for product portfolio in line with the agreed marketing plan with other departments.

• Monitor market trend and provide in-depth sights for sales and marketing team in strategize sales and marketing activities.

• Prepare annual expense budget report and propose adjustment of the budget implementation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in FMCG, Nutrition or Pharmaceutical related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder in business and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

• Has a good experience in sales, business development and communication.
