Description

• Implement new strategies to ensure smooth operation

• Maintain relationships with user to understand their problems

• Develop product communications for Field Teams to connect with potential Users

• Recruit and onboard new staff

• Set field operations KPIs

• Team training and coaching

• Scheduling, communications, daily performance monitoring

• Help the Field Team achieve excellence in their work

• Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Platform or Merchant Acquisition Industry

• Must have strong written and verbal communication in English

• Must be local Khmer applicants
