About the Company

Our Client is an Emerging and Fast-growing Beverage Company in Kampong Speu, Cambodia

The Role

• Supply Chain Head needs to handle the whole operations including production

• Responsible for planning, logistics, warehousing and production including quality control and HSE

• Develops strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency of operations

• Lead and manage all Facility Supply Chain Activities including P&L

• Evaluates past performance data to forecast needs and production levels

• Lead the oversight of the demand and supply planning monthly processes with Sales and Finance and acting as the leader and partner in improving the outputs

• To provide strategic leadership, supply chain direction, project leadership and operational support in inventory management, product replenishment, budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other relevant field 

• At least 10 years working in a F&B manufacturing management

• Open to Expat with minimum Business English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc), SAP/ERP etc

• Strong knowledge in food safety and quality standards: GMP/HACCP/ISO

• Great leadership and problem solving skills
