The Role

Responsible for the broad oversight of talent acquisition activities including taking charge of planning and guiding talent needs and goals, thereby contributing to overall business success within the organization

Description

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

• Ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives

• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software

• Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand

• Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires

Requirements

• A graduate degree in human resources, or business management

• Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar role

• Native Khmer and Business English

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

• Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
