The Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be in charge of creating an HR strategy and giving top management wise counsel on all relevant issues.

Description

• Establishing and implementing human resources policies

• Supporting the strategic goals.

• Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.

• Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc.

• Working closely with executive leaders and management to advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolution to address employees’ performance.

• Providing performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling career development, disciplinary actions).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management

• Proven experience as HR Director

• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.

• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

• Native Khmer and Fluent English is required.
