​HR Manager at a New Luxury 5 Stars Hotel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Human Resources office.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Hotel Human Resources (HR) Manager who can oversee employment and onboarding experience as well as assisting in creating HR policies. The role focuses on employee training and payroll management and requires good knowledge of labour laws

About the Company

Our client’s hotel is situated in the Sihanoukville which is the perfect base to explore beautiful beaches and islands in Cambodia.


  • Develop hiring plans for every department in the hotel based on seasonal necessities.

  • Organize training programs for all hotel employees such as customer service skills training.

  • Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.

  • Make sure the hotel staff complies with relevant safety and health rules.

  • Implement employee retention programs such as the end-of-season bonuses

  • Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas


  • Five years Human Resources management experience required preferably in the hospitality industry and minimum experience of 1 to 2 year in the same position at 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel

  • Understanding of labour legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations

  • Good interpersonal skills and responsive demeanour

  • Professional, organized, and can multitask.

  • Native Khmer candidates who has excellent Communication Skills in English will be advantage.
