HR Manager at a Prominent Business Group in Phnom Penh

The Role
Responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Our client is a prominent business group in the country that undergoes a transformation to expand its operations and become an international company.
Description
Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job design and interviewing
Handling employee relations and addressing any concerns or conflicts.
Implementing performance management systems and providing guidance on employee development and training
Managing compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, vacation, and expense reimbursement
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Promoting a positive corporate culture and values within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Several years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Native Khmer and Business English are required.
Require availability to work on Saturdays.
