HR Manager at a Prominent Business Group in Phnom Penh

The Role

Responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

About the Company

Our client is a prominent business group in the country that undergoes a transformation to expand its operations and become an international company.


  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job design and interviewing

  • Handling employee relations and addressing any concerns or conflicts.

  • Implementing performance management systems and providing guidance on employee development and training

  • Managing compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, vacation, and expense reimbursement

  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

  • Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Promoting a positive corporate culture and values within the organization


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Several years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required.

  • Require availability to work on Saturdays.
