HR Manager at an International Facilities Services Company in Phnom Penh

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

The Role

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages

  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  •  A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred

  •  Native Khmer and Business English

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems

  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
