Job Description

​HR Manager at an International School in Phnom Penh

  • To deliver effective and efficient support, maintaining the agreed standards of service, to the students, staff and parents who make up the school community.

  • Up to $3,000 + Other Allowances

The Role

Responsible to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and facilitate the efficient operation of the organization and school.

  • Develop and create new policies and procedures for organization.

  • Lead training needs analysis and training design work that enhances the operations

  • Verify candidates' credentials, including licensing and certification if required for the position.

  • Perform or arrange for reference checks and background checks

  • Participate in teachers' union meetings and contract negotiations.

  • Serve as liaison between administrators, professional and support staff, school board and teachers' unions.

  • Assist with recruitment plans, including writing and posting job announcements for all categories and levels of employees.


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and must have experienced in Education services

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred

  • Business English and Native Khmer is a must

  • Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law
