• As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources functions within the business

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and manage Administration to support the organization's goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with local Labor laws and regulations

Description

• Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization

• Identify training and development needs within the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies

• Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits packages

• Make travel arrangements for staff, including booking of tickets and accommodation

• Liaison with government agencies, and other public sector agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or any other relevant field

• Proven experience in HR field

• In-depth knowledge of Cambodian Labor laws and regulations

• Availability of report and presentation in Khmer and English

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
