The Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our client HR team and monitor all Human Resources and Administrative functions.

Description

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

• Reviewing job applications and conduct technical interviews to screen the talent.

• Processing all compliance tasks and advise leader some labour law practices.

• Developing and administering health and safety programs

• Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work

• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

• Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an HR specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields

• Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs

• Native Khmer and Business English is required.
