The Role

To communicate with the board of directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, consider budget limitations and the company culture

About the Company

Our client is an international retail company which is well-known for their quality products and great customer service

Description

• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Native Khmer and Business English is required

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
