The HRBP Manager will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders and driving human resources initiatives to support the overall business strategy and employee engagement within the organization.

Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry or a multinational environment.
Proven experience in strategic HR partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Native Khmer and Business English are required.
