The Role

The HRBP Manager will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders and driving human resources initiatives to support the overall business strategy and employee engagement within the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs.

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.

  • Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Extensive experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry or a multinational environment.

  • Proven experience in strategic HR partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required.
