Senior Sales Representative at Global Integrated Logistic and Freight Forwarding Solution in Cambodia

  • Responsible to develop the commercial activities of the freight solutions

  • Up to 800 USD per month

The Role

The ideal candidate's background for the role comes with an experienced in managing freight solution services, particularly in sea freight. An individual with a hunter type mentality and self-driven personality as an ideal personal trait to be able to perform successfully in the role

Description

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets

  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers by qualifying leads and converting into sales

  • Focus on increasing the volume of shipments and expanding service offers to customers

  • Provide regular updates to the management on pipeline progress, sales forecasts and market development within assigned lanes

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any)

  • Communicate with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers

  • Other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 -3 years in handling freight solution sales

  • Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, with a strategic approach to market expansion

  • Experience in consolidation sales and freight forwarding management

  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

  • Fluency in English. Chinese language would be highly appreciated, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, network partners, and internal stakeholders
