About the Company
Our client is a successful organization with high market position which will allow your career as International Sales Manager to grow together with the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and customers.
Lead a high-performing international sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and budgets while ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
At least 10 years of experience in the F&B industry and at least 5 years of experience in International Sales
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.
Prefer candidate from Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand.
Has good experience in marketing management, sales management, and communication skills.
