Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and customers.

• Lead a high-performing international sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making.

• Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and budgets while ensuring profitability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the F&B industry and at least 5 years of experience in International Sales

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Prefer candidate from Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand.

• Has good experience in marketing management, sales management, and communication skills.
