Description

• Conduct in-depth research on international locations to identify potential event venues and destinations that align with the target market and property offerings.

• Liaise with property developers, real estate agents, international partners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to define event objectives, secure necessary resources, and ensure alignment with overall property tourism strategies.

• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote international property tourism events, attract potential buyers and investors, and maximize participation. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling event content, manage online and offline promotion campaigns, and leverage various marketing channels.

• Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and manage financial resources effectively to ensure cost control and optimization.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Real Estate and at least 5 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Open for Expatriate who has experienced in working at least 2 or 3 years in Cambodia and Chinese speaking is preferrable.

• Has good experience in marketing, event management, and communication skills.
