The Role

We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Officer to provide and analyze information for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance and monitoring, installation, upgrades, maintenance and performance monitoring of the network and network components

Description

• Optimizing performance of databased, network, application, and servers

• Oversee and maintenance IT

• Ensuring operating environment stay safe and secure

• Monitoring back-up system

• Troubleshooting system, network problem, diagnosing & solving hardware or software faults of server

• Testing and evaluating new technology

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure or related

• Bachelor’s degree in IT filed

• Experience in general Support (Hardware and Software)

• Knowledge in Odoo Framework for the system support

• Proactive personality with a great attitude

• Native Khmer and Business English are required
