The Role

IT Supervisor is responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and networks

About the Company

Our client is an international leading retail company in Cambodia

Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Providing technical support (this may be in person or over the phone or remotely)

  • Setting up accounts for new users

  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role

  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, applications & Networking

  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion

  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions

  • Able to speak English both oral and written
