• Responsible for Developing and Execute Leasing Strategies, and achieving Annual Revenue target

• Up to $ 3,000 plus annual performance bonus

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has strong leasing, and corporate sales experience in the real estate, retail, and property services industry

Our client is a diversified conglomerate with a strong presence in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Luxury Fashion, and Food & Beverage sectors in Cambodia

Description

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for all properties

• Achieve rental and occupancy KPI set by management

• Manage tenant relations and resolve tenant issues

• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property

• Directly report to the General Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the leasing field, 2 years of managerial experience is required

• Must be local Khmer and speak fluent English

• Business Acumen, Initiative, and Confident individuals are preferable
