Our client is an international financial services company in Cambodia to financial advice, as well as wealth and asset management solutions for individuals, groups, and institutions

Description

  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track the issues during development

  • Facilitate business process analysis and business requirement gathering and documentation

  • Train, monitor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices

  • Diagram basis workflows from business requirements to ensure project design and specification to provide reliable project blueprint and implementation

  • Use agile methodology values, participles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Software Development and at least 2 years in Project Management

  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum/Kanban to deliver solutions

  • Leadership and management experience

  • Excellent people and project management skills

  • Good knowledge and practice in software development
