​Marketing Manager at a Leading International Heavy Machinery Business Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to handle overall Marketing activities of the heavy machinery business

  • Up to $2,000 plus Other Benefits and Allowance

The Role

The is an ideal role for individual who has strong experience in handling heavy machineries marketing function of similar, must have experience handling 360* marketing activities and able to travel at short notice

About the company

Our client is Global Conglomerate Company with diverse business segments including the sales of international heavy machinery brands


  • Internal interactions: Sales Team, Aftersales team, Marketing Team, Finance and Management

  • External interactions: Corporate Customers, Financial Institutions, Marketing and Event Companies and Business Partners

  • Understands the features and benefits of the HED products

  • Uses an understanding of the offer and the HED’s products brands to develop a distinctive and compelling sales proposition for corporate customers

  • Plans marketing activities, formulate annual marketing plan and annual budget while also ensure plan execution

  • Keep the information of heavy equipment industry updated and actively seeking feedback and input from sales team for marketing activities and competitor information

  • Understands and uses a range of local marketing activities (e.g., events, advertisements, fliers, website page, driving events) to develop new business including developing relationship with advertising agencies, media, and key stakeholders to promote public image of HED

  • Researching, tracking and updating the management on all political and economic issues in Cambodia, mainly related to heavy equipment industry as well as changes in the competitive environment for vehicles in Cambodia

  • Lead and coach marketing and sales team to carry out the plan by creating and implementing product training

  • Regular reporting of marketing activities and competitive activities to the management


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of marketing management experience

  • A track record in successfully managing a marketing team and driving 360-degree marketing principles

  • Able to travel at short notice

  • Excellent English (Written and Spoken)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication

  • Fully conversant with Microsoft suite of products and fully compute literate (Excel + PowerPoint critical)
