Operations Support Manager at a Well-known International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international financial institution which is providing the most modern and fastest financial services to many customers in Cambodia and around the world.


  • Lead the operations team including trade, treasury back office, merchant and remittance

  • Support the treasury team to meet the backs obligation such as settlement and liquidity position for local and cross-border

  • Ensure no lapse of error, balancing, reconciliation for all financial operations services

  • Support to front liner by fulfilling ad-hoc request, work closely and without error or delay

  • Prepare and submit on timely basis for related reporting to group, regulatory requirement

  • Coordination with all branches by supporting financial operations request and obligations

  • Assist Operations head to oversee Back-office operations to ensure for running smoothly and efficiently to meets the banking operations objectives

  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures including NBC and AML guidelines


  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Banking Operation Management or Trade Finance or Treasury similar related role from Banking industries

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree of finance, banking, economics, business or a related education background preferable

  • Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, good communication skills and management skills.

  • Multi -Tasking capability, results oriented, displays consistent performance, positive thinker with good attitude, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written of Khmer and English languages
