About the company

Our client is a leading real estate developer in Cambodia that has taken on a massive and ambitious the project which will allow you to grow along with the organization

Description

• Familiarize yourself with local urban planning rules and regulations

• Manage overall design research and development

• Coordinate and manage internal and external design teams for efficient urban and township design development to uphold international standards and practices

• To management and development, all the required urban design aspects like public works, streets, and environmentally efficient green designs that meet investors' and management goals

• To deliver excellent communication between the internal team and local authorities

Requirements

• At least 7 to 10 of working experience in Urban Planning for large development projects; preferably Township development

• Bachelor’s degree in any related degree

• Strong proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, Grasshopper, GIS, etc.

• Great communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Open to SEA Expats | Mandarin is a plus
